Barnkirk Sawmill is a small local business owned by two brothers,we
cover approximately a 50 mile radius of Newton Stewart.
Barnkirk Sawmill manufacture standard and bespoke sectional timber buildings as well as decking, garden
accessories, pergolas, furniture, planters and domestic fencing.
Barnkirk Sawmill use "Scottish
Woodlands" as a supplier for timber logs, we also use imported timber, the product dictates which timber is used.
Our
large workshop facility and timber yard is located on the Barnkirk Road, we purchased Barnkirk farm steadings in 2004 due
to the need to expand to cater for the increase in demand for our products.
We converted
the buildings and farmyard into a fully functional sawmill and manufacturing facility to improve the day to day functioning
of the business.
Barnkirk Sawmill also have a display site in Minnigaff,Newton Stewart, this is
our shop front where customers can call in to see and feel the quality of our products, you will always get a warm
welcome and Iain is there on hand for advice on products and the manufacturing process.
If you have a
bespoke building or fence you wish to discuss, a good starting point would be if you could provide a sketch showing
what you are thinking of doing, plus some measurements of the building/fence and bring it along with you when you
visit.

Monday
- Friday 9am-1pm.......1.30pm- 5pm
throughout the
year.
